Monthly board report
01 / 10
Before
7 hours across a full Saturday. Pulling numbers from the POS system, member database, and event recaps. Manually formatting into the board packet. Praying the financials match the controller's report.
After
47 minutes. Paste raw data into the Claude Project, get a board-ready report with narrative summaries, variance flags, and formatted sections. The system cross-checks your numbers against the controller's data before you send it.

About
Three years of in-the-room AI training with 100+ organizations across 15+ states. The patterns that actually move teams from curiosity to daily use, packaged into a workshop that adapts to every learner.
I do this manually every time I prep for a new industry. I use Claude to step inside the shoes of haunted house owners, mortgage brokers, country club GMs. The feedback is always the same: how did you know our industry so well? This product is that process, running automatically, for every student who signs up.

FAQ
No. Every other AI workshop teaches AI as a topic, with generic examples. This one teaches AI as applied to your job. Before module one, the workshop already knows your role, your industry, and the workflows you actually run. Every prompt you build is for your real work, not a hypothetical.
It doesn't need to be. The intake captures your exact role, company, and the workflows that eat your week, then an elite research engine builds a tailored playbook for your job specifically. Rider's workshop philosophies are workflow-shaped, not industry-shaped, so they apply cleanly to nearly any job title in nearly any industry. Whether you're a litigator, a wedding planner, a CFO, or a service manager, every prompt, Project, and exercise gets adapted to your reality.
No coding, no APIs, no terminal. If you can have a conversation, you can do this. The whole workshop is delivered as a chat: you type, the coach replies, you build prompts together, you paste them into Claude.
Claude is the AI we have done the most professional, in-the-room training with. Projects, Skills, connectors, and extended thinking are all features the workshop leans on. ChatGPT and Gemini equivalents work for most of what you build, but the depth of the integrations is dialed in for Claude first.
A personal AI operating system: 40-60 prompts in a searchable library, three Claude Projects covering your main workflows, a 90-day automation roadmap, and a before-and-after summary you can share with your team or your boss.
Each module is 15 to 35 minutes. The full course is about 24 hours of focused time, so you can knock it out in a week of dedicated sessions or pace it across a month. There is no schedule. Pick it up when you have a working session you want to make easier.
30-day money-back. If the first three modules don't save you real time on your real job, email and you get a full refund.
